Coming 2017, CYB will offer classes with workouts that incorporate high energy Christian music and positive verses of God’s word. Since we believe the battle for all of us begins in the mind, CYB wants to help conquer a doubting one by filling it with God’s truth in that we CAN do all things through Christ who strengthens us. FitQuest

You are leaving your comfort zone! FitQuest is a new division of the Challenge Your Body community that promotes adventurous options to enhance your fitness journey by providing information, instruction, and training. Set a new goal and commit to your next FitQuest outdoor adventure: 5K and 10K walk/runs, Sparton Races and triathlons to biking, rock climbing and other outdoor adventure. Look for upcoming training and events on the Fitquest tab!

Racing On Faith

Racing On Faith is a marathon training program designed to help runners and walkers deal with fears of failure or the inability to train. We teach each person to keep in step with the Holy Spirit by listening to their body and finding a pace that allows them to not only train and finish, but see that it’s about more than a destination to the finish-line. It’s enjoying the journey and the accomplishments along the way.

CYB is a place to attain wellness — physically and spiritually. We provide our members with the opportunity to participate in support groups and receive encouragement through faith and fellowship.
