How We Work

Our passion is to help you learn how fitness can benefit your total health experience and open a new world of self-discovery! We provide a community where you will find encouragement and support along your fitness and life journey. We offer a variety of bootcamps and circuit training classes for different adult skill levels, as well as age-specific kids classes. Our trainers will help you set fitness goals and give you the support to reach them. Childcare is available for all classes for a minimal fee.

Our Facilities

We now have larger fitness rooms and quadrants for a greater variety and number of fitness classes. Showers and locker rooms are available to keep your clothes and valuables secure, however you will need to bring your own locks. As we expand, more equipment will be added, including a cargo net, climbing ropes and additional cardio gear. We plan to expand TRX classes and add additional obstacle and endurance challenges. We offer Massage Therapy, by appointment.
