With 21 years of professional experience, Jacquie specializes in weight loss and weight management along with strength training and high intensity training. Jacquie has been nationally certified by ACSM, (American College of Sports and Medicine) and has been a Fitness Professional since 1993.

Challenge Your Body, her own private personal training facility, opened its doors in March of 2011. Jacquie’s goal is to create a warm, judgement free atmosphere where her clients can train hard without the distractions of a typical gym. Jacquie feels that Fitness is the cornerstone to overall Health and Wellness and that getting fit is the first step to a new and healthy lifestyle.

Kevin Needler, takes his 30 years of practical application in fitness and brings it to you. Using exercise to achieve physical fitness and professional goals, Kevin has had the opportunity to compete as a collegiate All-American athlete, trained the Indiana Department of Correction S.E.R.T. team in fitness and tactics, trained and competed in obstacle course competitions and also qualified and competed in the Xterra Off-Road Triathlon USA Championship 2014.

Kevin has gone on to achieve his certification in personal training through the American College of Sports Medicine, and is a qualified trainer in TRX suspension training as well as CPR/AED certified.

With this combination of “practicing what you preach” and educational and motivational tools, Kevin understands the obstacles and complexities that must be overcome for you to achieve your health and fitness goals.


Jenny BromleyJenny Bromley

Certified Personal Trainer

Jenny has been working in the fitness industry since 2003. She graduated from Purdue University with her degree in Health, Fitness and Kinesiology, and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports of Medicine (ACSM). Jenny works with her clients to meet them at whatever their current fitness level is, whether that be a true beginner or a more seasoned athlete looking for a new challenge. She enjoys assisting people in developing consistent exercise routines, as well as encouraging overall healthy lifestyle habits.

Jenny’s specialties include 1:1 personal training, small group training, strength and cardio interval circuit programs, older adult fitness and functional training.

Jenny lives in Noblesville with her husband, son, daughter, and Great Dane, Emmett. In her spare time she is busy doing all things soccer with her kids, exercising as much as possible outdoors, and continuing her education so she can continue passing on her health and fitness message!


Jenny BromleySherry Sellmeyer

Certified Personal Trainer

Sherry is a graduate of Greenfield Central High School and attended Louisiana State University -Shreveport.  She is an NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer. Sherry currently trains as an amateur boxer in Indianapolis, Indiana.  

 Throughout her life, Sherry has been active in many sports including gymnastics, basketball, tennis, and swimming, but boxing is the love of her life.  She loved boxing as a kid, and eventually started training in her early 20’s.  After a break, she returned older and wiser to the sport, better than ever, and hasn’t stopped since.  

Sherry has over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer and she enjoys nothing more than helping others feel better physically and mentally.  She understands personally the confidence and independence that fitness brings, as well as the physical benefits, and she has made it her life’s mission to help others realize their potential.
