Join Challenge Your Body’s annual Biggest Loser contest and Transform your body, Improve your health and Redefine your life!

Make THIS your defining moment and join our Biggest Loser Challenge.

​​ We'll train you, and provide nutritional guidance and support. Our certified personal trainers will guide you from the basics of beginner exercises to those grueling last chance workouts.

Don't get too scared, but it's going to be bathing suit season before you know it, and after a winter of eating comfort food and covering up with coats and sweaters, what's underneath might NOT be ready for shorts and swimsuits. Let us help you get fit and ready for spring!


Rules
  • Every participant will have a partner to be accountable to
  • 2 Biggest Loser Group Personal Training sessions per week
  • Weigh-ins every Thursday or Friday by a CYB trainer
  • Missed weigh-ins result in a $5 fee that will be added to a pot for weekly contests. 
  • Weight gains result in a $5 fee that will be added to a pot for weekly contests.
  • Every time a negative word is spoken, $1 must be added to the pot! (Keep the trainers honest as well)
  • Weight amounts will not be posted but % of weight loss will (the following Monday)
  • Only one weigh-in on “official” scale permitted per week
  • Each participant will receive an educational packet to help get you started (including nutritional guidance, Cardiovascular workouts and meal planning ideas).
  • Class times are: Monday and Wednesday at 6:00pm and Tuesdays at 5;30am. (More classes will be added if over 10 participants)
  • Fun contests weekly with fun prizes
  • Team with highest % of weight loss splits 10% of total $ everyone paid to enter.( Example: If 10 people join=$4250x10%=$425 to split) AND each receives 3 one on one free personal training sessions that is $190 value!
