Recover Cardio Class
NEW AND EXCITING CLASS
Wednesday nights at 6:00pm!
Sarting Wednesday, August 9th at 6:00 pm, we’re introducing a new class to keep everyone active during the week, but with a focus on recovery.
Lets face it, we have hard workouts in class Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday so we want to make sure we are taking the time to do the RECOVERY work to keep our body happy and healthy too.
This will be an hour walking/running class with a focus on a dynamic stretching and core work for the warm up, 20 to 25 minutes of walking/running intervals, and time at the end dedicated to stretching, foam rolling, and myofascial release with the massage roller
Running/walking is great for active recovery and will help you focus on increasing your cardiovascular endurance, which will translate to more efficient and quicker recovery times during boot-camps and classes. You also don't have to worry about running miles and miles in this class. The goal each class is to get a little farther in the same amount of time. All fitness levels welcome!
