Challenge Your Body is offering a 4 week, 45-minute small-group non-contact boxing class on Mondays at 7:00 pm and Thursdays at 7:30 pm. Why boxing? It’s a total-body workout, it incinerates calories-fast, knocks out stress, and safely pushes your limits.
Class begins on Monday, June 12 and costs $125 for 4 weeks (2 times per week)
