Challenge Your Body is offering a 4 week, 45-minute small-group non-contact boxing class on Mondays at 7:00 pm and Thursdays at 7:30 pm. Why boxing? It’s a total-body workout, it incinerates calories-fast, knocks out stress, and safely pushes your limits.

Class begins on Monday, June 12 and costs $125 for 4 weeks (2 times per week)

Each class will feature a warm up, boxing circuit training, technique guidance, and a focused core workout. Space is limited to only 6-8 spots, so Sign-up today!

Dear CYB Family:

Kevin and I cannot tell you how much we appreciated you coming out on “Move” Saturday to pack and haul CYB to its new location. We could not have done it without you! You are CYB family to us. We hope you feel the same way.

We are so excited about the new facility and potential for new and challenging fitness programs that were not possible in our petite studio that we loved, and where we got our start.
