2019 10k or Half Marathon Training

Do you want to train for the 2019 Geist Half Marathon? Maybe you don't want to go that distance BUT a 10k is more your style. DON'T DO IT ALONE! Sign-up now for Challenge Your Body's Running/walking group and let us help you!

A 12 week training Schedule and a MAPPED OUT Saturday Morning GROUP run/walk led by your running coach

This is where results BEGIN! NO BURPEES! NO JUMPING! NO COMPARISON!
If you are new to fitness or need to start back slow, YOU WILL LOVE THIS CLASS!!! 

Pick your times. Monday and Friday Mornings at 10:00 am or Thursday nights at 6:00 pm
