Cycling Foundations is a private 30 minute low impact and low intensity cycling class. that will meet for a 30 minute ride 2x per week for 3 weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:15. This class emphasizes cycling technique rather than intesity. Your jouney begins by learning the proper movement associated to indoor cycling.
If you have a desire to learn the basics before heading into a regular scheduled class, this private 3 week course will build the love of cycling and the confidence you desire to progress from there!
