This class is perfect for those new to boxing and to fitness, and for those who are more experienced who want to hone their technique. This class is designed to teach the fundamentals of the Sweet Science like wrapping your hands, footwork, proper punching techniques, body mechanics, basic defense and offense and strategy. This class will also offer conditioning at a pace designed for those new to exercise or for those who have just started back on their road to a healthier lifestyle.
