Are you ready to start your week out on the right foot? Do you need a little accountability? Are you looking for support in a small group setting? Want to set goals for yourself and prepare to achieve them?
Join Jenny on Sundays. This group will meet for one hour. The first 25 minutes will be focused on the week ahead. We’ll discuss your long term and short terms goals and what you can do in the week ahead to help you achieve success. We’ll talk about possible obstacles and strategies you can use to overcome those obstacles. Some days we’ll even just discuss a new topic and learn something new about health and fitness!
The last 30 minutes of the class will do a group exercise class focusing on low-impact, gentle cardio and strength training, as well as stretching and mobility work. A great way to begin your week on a positive note, to motivate you into a healthy week ahead, armed to make smart choices that will move you closer to your goals!
