Kipp recently transitioned from a career in sales to pursue his true passion of health and fitness. He is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer. Kipp has a background of sports and athletics. He grew up a multi-sport athlete until he reached high school where he focused solely on soccer. He played four years of Division 1 soccer, two of which were at the University of Evansville. There he was exposed to high levels of professional strength and conditioning training. Years later, he needed to fuel his competitive nature with the absence of soccer and was introduced to CrossFit as a healthy substitute.

Kipp has a diverse fitness background and experience in strength and power training, cardio and endurance training, plyometric, agility, high intensity interval training (HIIT), amongst others. He is using his experiences to help those who want to better themselves. Whether you’re interested in group class training, small group training, or 1-on-1 personal training sessions, he will find a way to help you reach your fitness goals. While physical fitness is important to overall health, he is as strong of a believer in the psychological and emotional aspect associated with health and fitness to find what motivates his clients and challenge them every day, no matter their fitness level.

He recently moved to Indianapolis from Houston, TX where he is originally from. He lives with his fiancé in the Fountain Square area of Indianapolis. His interests range from biking, reading, watching sports, to constant self-improvement. Come on in to see what he’s all about!
