She played volleyball for Team Indiana, Warren Central, and Saint Joseph's. She also helped led volleyball camps for younger girls. It was during this time that she developed her passion for instructing and helping others grow.
Sarah is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer who plans on specializing in fitness nutrition and performance enhancement through NASM. She has a knack for working with athletes, increasing agility and power, but also enjoys working with people from all walks of life. My main goal in life as a personal trainer has been to teach a healthy lifestyle and train using methods which challenge the brain and the body and have fun while doing it. Focusing on balance and functional training tends to use more of the abdominals, which is the main concern for most, so this works well for everyone. With 20 years of experience in personal training and 16 years teaching pilates and several other certifications, I have kept very busily. I have learned from some of the best trainers around the Midwest. I love my job and am always willing to listen to anyone who needs to talk about a problem fitness or personal. I plan to help as many people as I can in the years to come.
