"I am according to the doctor, morbidly obese and began working with Jacquie March 24th  2005. At the time I started , I had trouble walking what I needed to, for everyday living. When we began the workouts, I had to rest for a minute between each activity during my training. I also could only do about ten minutes on the bike at a slow pace or I would hyperventilate. I had been working out two times a week with Jacquie as well as another two days on my own.Within two months I no longer had to rest in-between activities. I now can ride my bike without getting winded. My strength and endurance has increased tremendously. I have lost 80lbs. I have found out, much to my surprise that I like working out. I look forward to my workouts with Jacquie. She pushes me just enough and always has encouraging words when I need them the most. I highly recommend personal training for anyone like me that lacks motivation to get started. I have come a long way. Thank you Jacquie for giving me the push I need".

"A few years ago I was in a car accident which caused me to be in a wheelchair for several months. After a couple years of physical therapy and many bottles of pain medicine I was released to start working out a a gym. My doctor advised me I would never be able to use the cross trainer machine and several other pieces of equipment. Basically I was told that I would only be able to use the bicycle with back support, the treadmill and a couple weight machines with very low weight. The doctor also said I would be on pain medicine for the rest of my life.  I started working out at a gym but felt I needed more help. that's when I hired Jacquie as my trainer. I discussed my fears and disabilities. When I started working with Jacquie, I couldn't even balance on a stability ball without her standing behind me to support my back. Now I can ride the cross trainer, I can do crunches on a stability ball without Jacquie bracing me. I am also able to lift 40 pounds on the machines I was never supposed to be able to use. Also I do not have to take pain medicine every day. I feel my biggest accomplishment so far is climbing to the top of the Leaning Tower of Pisa (300 steps)in Italy.  I am so glad I set my fears and concerns aside about the cost because I know I would have never been able to accomplish everything without her help."

"When I started training with Jacquie, I thought I was in pretty good shape and wasn't sure how much she could really help me. I played basketball in college and just wanted to tone up for my upcoming wedding. I never expected the results that I have gotten in just four months!! I have had three knee surgeries and had just accepted that I would have knee pain and weakness for the rest of my life. Jacquie was very good about not pushing my knee too hard but encouraged me to still do exercises to strengthen my legs as well as my upper body. From the time we started, I have lost around 20 pounds, went down three pant sizes and feel better than I ever have. My knee no long hurts all the time. I can play softball and basketball without pain and it feels stronger than it has in 10 years. My arms are more defined and I have more endurance than I ever did in college! She taught me the correct way to eat and helped me make healthy decisions without completely cutting out the things I love. Working with Jacquie has been very enjoyable. She is very encouraging but also knows how to push harder. She gave me several different types of workouts that I can do on my own to keep my body guessing and myself from getting bored. My body has been transformed into what I have always imagined it could be and I know that I will be able to use everything that she as taught me to the rest of my life."
