With 19 years of professional experience, Jacquie specializes in weight loss and weight management along with strength training and high intensity training. Jacquie has been nationally certified by ACSM,(American College of Sports and Medicine) and has been a Fitness Professional since 1993.
Challenge Your Body, her own private personal training facility, opened its doors in March of this 2011. Jacquie’s goal is to create a warm, judgement free atmosphere where her clients can train hard without the distractions of a typical gym. Jacquie feels that Fitness is the cornerstone to overall Health and Wellness and that getting fit is the first step to a new and healthy lifestyle.

Paul McBride
Personal Trainer/Group Instructor
Paul McBride is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. He is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and is also a TRX Level 1 Certified Instructor. He has been involved in sports his entire life and has used his sports specific conditioning and training to assist in helping others attain their health and fitness related goals.
