One-on-one training is all about YOU!! This 55-minute session includes; structure, motivation, possitive reinforcement, and a workout that leaves you feeling challenged with a great sense of accomplishment.

Partner Training:

Sharing your session with a friend can be just as challenging but less costly. Both clients share the hour to reach the same goal.

Group Training:

Working in a small group can be fun and challenging. Small group training is great for clients who desire less personal attention but still want the benefit of guidance, structure, and motivation.
Challenge Your Body personal training services (CYB) are for individuals of any age or fitness level. CYB provides you with an individualized exercise program tailored to meet your goals and your health and fitness needs. Specialties include:
